Union Minister of State for Labour and Telangana Rashtra Samiti chief K Chandrasekhar Rao on Wednesday said that a separate Telangana would be a reality by early 2005. Talking to newsmen here, KCR said that what he had predicted had come true. He pointed out that he had forecast the Congress coming to power in the State and Congress and its allies at the Centre. “Telangana has been included in the Common Minimum Programme of the UPA government and Tela-ngana will be formed by 2005,” KCR said.
